Brant Stachel is a Registered Psychotherapist, former professional Ironman triathlete, and Mental Performance Coach. He has represented Canada internationally as a coach and worked with Olympians and over 25 athletes who have competed on the world stage. Brant is the author of Fast and Free: Mindset Training for Endurance Athletes and creator of the IGNITE System, helping athletes build unshakable confidence and perform at their best under pressure.
Elaina Raponi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), elite marathoner, and Mental Performance Coach. With personal bests of 17:05 (5k), 35:49 (10k), 1:19:31 (half marathon) and 2:46:23 (marathon), Elaina blends high-level racing experience with a grounded, sustainable approach to training. She works with runners of all levels and has a coaching style that is approachable, empowering, and supportive.
