This year marks the debut of the Kids 1K Run – a welcoming, all‑abilities race created to get kids moving, families cheering, and the community celebrating active living together.

In partnership with Kids of Steel, the event invites children up to age 12, to experience the joy of movement, excitement of the race, to earn their own finisher medal, and be part of a race weekend that champions inclusivity and healthy, active lifestyles.

Sign-up is $30. The start-time is 3:00pm, on Saturday October 3rd (same day as the Expo). The course circumnavigates the Picton Fairgrounds. Check back for a detailed map of the course route.

All finishers earn a beautiful, custom medal.
